G-Pill ® is a uniquely formulated emergency contraceptive product.
What is an emergency contraceptive?
Emergency contraception is a method used to prevent pregnancy when a unprotected sex has occurred.
How does one take the emergency contraceptive?
Ideally it should be taken within the first one to two days of coitus, but no later than 72 hours after unprotected intercourse. G-Pill ® is uniquely formulated and is taken as a single dose tablet.
What are the side effects?
Although the G-Pill ® has fewer side effects when compared to available emergency contraceptives, side effects such as nausea, vomiting and disturbed menstrual cycle. Most women would experience a period within seven to ten days of taking the emergency contraception.
